How long do Corkcicle products keep drinks cold or hot?
Most of our insulated drinkware is designed to keep beverages cold for up to 25 hours and hot for up to 12 hours. Specific durations vary by product size and collection.
Are Corkcicle products dishwasher safe?
While many of our newer collections and patterns are top-rack dishwasher safe, we generally recommend hand-washing with mild soap to preserve the finish and vacuum seal of your product.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition and packaging. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return.
Do your products contain BPA?
No, all Corkcicle products are 100% BPA-free. We use high-quality stainless steel and food-grade silicone to ensure your drinks stay safe and pure.
How do I clean my Whiskey Wedge or Arctican?
The silicone molds and sleeves can be washed in the dishwasher. For the glass components, we recommend hand-washing to prevent clouding and maintain clarity.
When will my order ship?
Standard orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery usually takes between 3-7 business days depending on your location.
