At CORKCICLE, we want you to love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer 30-day returns on all unused products in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your unused CORKCICLE products in their original box and attach the prepaid return shipping label to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
